I am a birder and photographer residing in Midcoast Maine. Birds are a very important part of my personal life, where I am an avid birder and photographer, and my professional life as a conservation biologist. Over the last few years, I have developed a strong interest in helping others cultivate their passion for birds by leading birding trips. Currently, I serve as the field trip coordinator for Mid-Coast Audubon, which allows me to engage with my local community and explore fantastic birding locations. I am also beginning to offer bird tours in Maine and aspire to expand these tours to other regions in the future.

Most of my photos are taken in Maine, or elsewhere in New England. However, I have been fortunate to travel to and bird in other countries, including France (my homeland), Iceland and Australia. There's nothing quite like waking up in a new place where all of the birds are lifers and you get to experience the thrill of being a novice birder all over again!

Please note that I capture all of my photos with a professional, full-frame DSLR camera, which results in exceptionally high resolution and quality. Unfortunately, my current website platform does not always clearly depict this high quality because of file size limitations.
