Booking a Tour

I value punctuality, organization, and clear communication, and I run my business with those same principles. Once you're ready to book, follow these steps:

1. Reach out. Use the contact form to send me an email. I reply to every inquiry within 24 hours (often much sooner).
2. Plan together. We trade a quick series of emails or texts to lock in dates, targets, and logistics.
3. Confirm & prep. Once you’re happy, I send a one-page trip plan, gear checklist, and deposit link.
4. Stay in touch. Weather update the evening before, live text the morning of, and a species list in your inbox afterward.
